Q:Hey I am an NRI, I’m moving back to India for work, and so far I am planning to shift entirely. The destination is Kochi, I’ve been checking out the Dewapier20 apartments at Marine Drive. They are a little on the pricier side, but look amazing, is there anything I should know about these apartments?
Latest Answer: Nothing that you “should know about”, not too many negatives. I can’t think of any. The interactive jets in the kid’s pool are neat, but that is just one of the many special features. You get a fountain plaza with grand water terraces, a family pool, a 50 meters pool for doing laps, a bunch of gardens, including a private one. A pool deck, water deck, BBQ place, an Amphitheater, the list goes on and on, there are more things than you could use. Basically you will never get bored, I say if you have the money, go for it, it’s the best bet
Latest Answer: One of the best things about living in Marine Drive is the most awesome beachside residential localities. Travel to Fort Kochi via boat is very easy. You can also take an auto or bus from here that goes staight to Fort Kochi or Vypin areas. Being in one of the most valuable areas in Kochi, It has some good parks and all here like the Children's park and the Subhash Park.
