The construction work is still going on, but I really like how the place is turning up. The project has been approved by major banks like HDFC, ICICI and Axis banks, so applying for home loans shouldn’t be a problem at all. The price rate is same for all the apartments – Rs 2850. I don’t think you’ll be able to negotiate much, because this project is very much in demand, and also the possession date is drawing close.
