Latest Answer: I came to know that there has been many rounds of meeting of the MUDA and they have planned to give around 42 lakh per acre to those people who have approached the court for getting more compensation. but, actually, i think this payment will be done in three equal instalments before July 2015.
Latest Answer: MUDA are really on a roll lately as they are planning to develop so many layouts. I think their plans to develop new layouts is because of the crazy demand for property in Mysore lately. Apart from layouts and satellite towns, MUDA are also planning to build apartments in Mysore. Because there is very little space in some parts of Mysore, they have proposed to build 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK flats. They have planned to build a total of 500 units under Public Private partnership.
