ColorHomes Berry at Kazhipattu (Chennai - Padur) OMR
Q: HI - I recently saw the property of ColorHomes behind Gateway International School Kazhpattur close to Padur. I kind of liked the property very much. I'm kind of feeling little insecure abt the property as lots of apartments are unsold still, after 1.5 yrs of launch, though the price/location seems to be good. Kindly share your thoughts/problems about the property if you or your friends had been there

Willing to buy Duplex apartment in Color Fields ?
Q: I bought color fileds (color Home) sholinganallur apartment. (Duplex). Form the day one I am here in US and not able to visit that or maintain it either, I heard yesterdaty ( 01 dec 2014) from the builder that the apartment is ready for possession. Since I am not able to visit india often I am planning to sell it. if somebody interested in buying that please let me know. you can reach me.
