Accessibility wise you shouldn’t face any issues with the area. It can easily be accessed from all the major areas of the city. investing here will not require a lot of capital. In around 30 - 40 lacs you can own a nice luxurious 3 BHK apartment. Everything that you need on a daily basis is present in the locality.You will find hospitals in 5Km radius, the airport is also approximately only 13 kms from the area. Since, it is close to the airport, the chances of it becoming a developed hub of Indore are high.
