Q:Hey! My wife and I have been working for quite some time now, and we have finally saved enough money to buy a nice house. We wanted to explore our options to invest in Avinashi Road. Since, we are first time buyers, we don’t want to leave any detail out before we select a locality. A colleague of my wife mentioned to her about lot of water stagnation problems in that area. That is kinda putting us off a little bit. Can someone clearly explain what this whole problem really is?
Latest Answer: Yea, it is the pavement’s fault in a way, but they drilled some holes to make sure the water din sit in the streets and footpath, so the only solution to this problem is cleaning the drainage channels, which the corporation says they’ll soon do. But, I’m sure that’ll take a good amount of time. They’re going to be cleaning some insane amount of plastic waste and sewage and cable wires clogged under the pavement. You know it’s a very smart thing to keep note of these civic issues before investing. Don’t make this water issue your deciding factor, Avinashi road have lot of advantages also. Research properly, Good luck.
