Q: Hello. I have heard that many of the developers in the city have recently approached the Government to surrender their projects? Is this true?
Latest Answer: The econoic meltdown is actually a really big reason and I think that the real estate market in the city is really badly effected by this. Many SEZs in the city would have meant that there will be many more investments in the city, but many of the big builders seem to be withdrawing from the market.

Q: Hello. I recently came across some news that said that most of the SEZ projects that have started in Indore have not taken of yet? What is the update on these projects?

Latest Answer: I dont think there will be any new SEZs or any new developments in Indore any time soon. The recent developments in the service tax in the city will also have an indirect effect on the real estate market in the city.

Q: Hello, I have a considerable amount of monwy coming in soon and I am looking to invest in real estate. Can some of you give me some advice on investing in Indore?
Latest Answer: Hello. Here's a new development in the Indore real estate scenario. Indore was awarded the most promising city in India in terms of new developments that are expected to come up. I think this will further improve investments. Also there was news that an Italian company called Gianesin Canepari and Partners, a consulting firm is likely to invest big in Indore on luxury housing projects.

Q: Hello. I'm relocating from Hyderabad to Indore within this year and I am going to buy property in Indore. I was wondering what the real estate scenario in Indore is. Is it better for short or long term investments? Also which localities are the best to invest in that will give me maximum returns?

Latest Answer: Compared to other metros, Indore is very affordable. But it needs constant development. Like new infrastructure faciltieies every month. Because population is also increasing. And now there are problems with water supply and pollution. Something must be done about all this soon.
