As per my knowledge, At the time of booking- 5 Lac(2 BHK), 6 Lac(3 BHK), 7 Lac(4 BHK),
Next payment after 30 days of booking- 12.5% of BSP less booking amount ,
Next payment after 60 Days of booking- 7.5% of BSP,
Rest 80% you have to pay as per CLP .
