In my point of view Nandi is good option in upcoming years. Due to closer to Bangalore and development of new IT corridor real estate market will create new high but as of now most of the investor is showing interest in villa or in plot. It should be wait and watch position for residential market as localities is facing some civic issues like lack of electricity,proper planning and infrastructure.
