Q:Hey I have just moved to Hyderabad and I want to take a good apartment some where close to the city with my partner. Can anybody tell me about the Sankalp Gardenia Towers in Bowenpally ? Are they good??
Latest Answer: I have come across this project and it looks good in all aspects. the area of the apartments is around 1500-2500 sq ft. The average price per sq ft is around 2700 rupees per sq ft. And i think that is a reasonable price in bowenpally. the price i have heard starts from 50 lakhs and goes up till 70 lakhs.
