Latest Answer: The real estate market in this area has seen a lot of ups and downs in the resent past years. i remember it bein around rs 2500 rs per sq ft in 2013, and then it suddenly shot up up to 3,200 rs per sq ft,. th every same year. it went down again in 2,900 in 2014 starting, and now it is going up constantly.
