Latest Answer: Like someone commented above, the partnership has been undertaken 9 times in the past by Esslingen. The 9 cities included eight cities in Europe and one city in USA. In my opinion, the german city will be very profitable for Coimbatore's real estate market since they have already successfully implemented this deal before.
