Q: I heard they the HMDA has come up with a installment scheme for big builders. What is this about? How does it work?
Latest Answer: Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department (MA&UD) was the one that came up with this idea as they allowed HMDA to do this back in 2009 by issuing a GO (MS No 583). Back then, the developmental charges could have been paid by three equal installments through a post dated cheques.
