Latest Answer: Hi all, Yes, and pre-development work on the Navi Mumbai international airport will start in February with the diversion of the Ulwe river, clearing, levelling and reclamation of muddy land, raising the level of land to 5.5 metre above sea level and relocation of power lines.

Q: Which are the upcoming infrastructure developmental projects in Navi Mumbai that can boost Navi Mumbai's realty market?
Latest Answer: Good afternoon friends, Seawood - Uran commuter rail link which is under construction is one such corridor which connects the hub of Navi Mumbai with Ulwe, Dronagiri and Uran. It is 22.50 Km long and serve to the daily commuting needs of Navi Mumbai SEZ, proposed Navi Mumbai Airport, JNPT etc. CIDCO has planned several stations along the route and as such Dronagiri node will be served by 4-railway stations and Ulwe node by 1-station. This project is a joint venture between Central Railway and CIDCO. It is an approved project and presently construction is in progress and is expected to be completed by 2015.

Q: Do you know? In the past 4 months, CIDCO has given commencement certificate to 8 projects under the pilot project of development of 23 villages in Panvel tehsil.
Latest Answer: When TPS-3 scheme any chance to cc near by. I know that cidco taking lot of time to finalise the cc process. Just heard that TPS-5 some plot recieved CC.

Q: Now a days, the property market of Ulwe in news. What is the main reason behind it?
Latest Answer: Hello Sir, Ulwe would be a better option due to its proximity to most of Navi Mumbai's locality. Infrastructure is almost there with connectivity to Mumbai. Added infrastructure which has been promised by CIDCO like Airport and Sealink will surely put an icing to the cake. I would suggest you to go for Panvel as a 5 year investment with high returns and rental value.

Q: Hi, lot's of infrastructure projects in Mumbai stuck in red tape and delayed due to lack of environment clearances.

Latest Answer: Hey Kishore and Shaina, Don't forget that the authority has also approved the development of Kalyan Growth Centre and the estimated expenditure of Rs 1089 crore for the same. This growth centre will be well connected by road and rail routes and will create job opportunities outside Mumbai and contribute to balanced development of the metropolitan region what with the MMRDA taking up infrastructural development sooner than later.

Q: Finally the most awaited time has come. The most hyped navi mumbai property market (specially ULWE) soon to progress on the path of misfortune. The hyped bubble in real estate market is about to burst anytime now. History will be repeated again with massive correction in prices (upto 40%) is expected. Set back to property market after 1997-2003 is about to arrive.
A cautious advise to genuine buyers that do not buy property in ULWE in present scenario as you'll face a big loss due to price correction which will happen in next 6months - 12months & before 2014 elections. Please follow the link for more information:
