Q: I want to have a well drafted MOU for the redevelopment of a JV arrangement with TNHB flat owners. We want to insist on criteria for selection of builder for the credentials including Audited balance sheets for the last three years with a minimum Business Turnover of 20 Crores , ISO 9001 certification , ITCC for the business entity , minimum of one JV with a TNHB flat owners in Chennai, Solvency certificate from a banker for the project value and completion of the project within the stipulated time frame with all the approvals
Latest Answer: I can understand your concern. I would like to suggest you to have a thorough discussion with 2 or more builder and action plan and rate description. Also, you can consult a reputed lawyer to know more about the legal aspects involved in this case.

Q: We are members of Kala Niketan C H S ltd, at S V Road Bandra West. We entered into a redevelopment agreement with M/s SIROYA FM in 2008 and we have not received possession of our flats till date. The developer does not respond to our querries and has not paid us due rentals for the past three years. Three members have died during this interim period. What are the options available to us. You suggestions will be highly appreciated as service to humanity. We have been deprived to our basic right to shelter. We are being told to avoid taking the legal recourse as we may lose our flats permanently or till the decision is given.

Latest Answer: Hi Satish, same case here @ Mulund by same builder.
