Q:Due to land mafia & illegal development most of the project in Noida are under scanner. What step has been taken by Noida Authority to overcome this issue ?

Builders have been coordinated to advise buyers regarding allotment details. The property could be acquired as flats, apartments, villas or plots etc. Developers need to distribute the date of allotment by the Noida Authority, date & a number of approval of layout plans, location map in their project advertisement. They need to say the same in electronic media.
