Q: Good place to invest. There are lots of projects in GB road but my first preference will always be Acme. Pricing, construction quality & possession matters the most.
Latest Answer: Mr. Mehta, I am not sure what makes you feel this will be your first preference, especially because you also mentioned "possession" as a criteria. There are people, including me, who have booked a flat in this project in 2010-11 and are yet to get possession. So BEWARE!!

Latest Answer: Best area & property to invest. Just go for it guys. GB road prices will get better & better in next five years. I'm myself planning to invest here. Acme Ozone is by far my most prefered investment. They also have a scheme, you can book a 2bhk at 4.99L & pay the rest on possession. This will take care of all your possession issues.

Q: I have purchased flat in Acme Ozone's Basilia building and its been more than 6 years to that. Since there last slab completion they are taking too much time for internal work. I am not sure if builder is committed towards delivering possession anytime soon as everytime we ask we get either unrealistic date for some months and then we get date of 6 months later. Anyone else facing similar problems?

Latest Answer: Thane being the hottest place to invest has gained interest of multiple huge builders like Acme, Lodha, Hiranandani, Kalpataru & many more. I personally feel Acme Ozone is the best project in the area, because of its pricing, location, area, construction quality & on time possessions. Highly recommended.

Q: Acme is a very reputed brand and ozone is one of the best project in Thane. I recently visited the site construction quality is top class. Planning to invest in this property.
Latest Answer: I hope you have not booked in this project. Because if you do, you can expect possession in seven to eight years, though they will promise possession in three years. Basilia and Centilia, where the booking started in 2010-11, are yet to be handed over. The first date given was Dec 2013. The dates have shifted five times since then. Have you ever heard that a building has not been handed over more two years after casting the last slab? Yes, that is the case here. The last slab in Basilia and Centiia was cast in Sept 2014. The current date for possession is March to June 2017. They have shifted the date so many times that none of their words can be believed. Beware and keep away from them!!

Q: Hi
Are there any flats still available in Centelia/Dandelion in 2 bhk? How my floors are there in each building?
Latest Answer: Best place for investors & self use both. GB road prices will continue to rise for another 5 years which is a good news for investors. Acme recently gave possession of a tower at Ozone, so possession delivery is not a problem for this property. One can also book an apt here for self use.
