There are many steps that are pending. 1) Delhi Govt is yet to declare the villages as urban village. It may take 1 month to 3 yrs. 2) DDA to invite Land for land pooling and give the land back 2-3 yrs., 3) Only post this construction can start. We are still at least 5 yrs. away from the start of construction. DDA has given so many notices in papers also for this
