having plot area of 498sqm and want to construct apartment with 24 flats whether it is necessary to register in RERA ?

Latest Answer: Yes, if you have given the name of your property and wishing to sale after development then you have to register you flat with RERA. It is mandatory and in absence of RERA approval, the local body can discontinue your water and electricity connection.
