Q:We were searching for a property in kondapur area. Came to know about Kranti Vanam project through one middle man. We understand from sources that the plots are sold by some people are illegal. Some plots title deeds are manipulated and lot of middleman, politicians made double registrations and created false documents etc. Even read in this board that parks are also converted into plots and registered by making false documents.Can anyone please suggest any other good project near kondapur which is reasonable and hassle free as we have dropped buying at Kranthi vanam for sure.thanks
Latest Answer: Thanks. will check Samskruti township. Searched in mokila, timmapur. Good places are already Rs.10,000 Plus per yard in mokila and timmapur is also growing . Any suggestion for aparna at mokila please.
