This is to inform you that, for the past one week, we have been experiencing interruption in water supply to homes very frequently and unexpected things had happened in our WTP System.
There are two major reasons for this issue.
As already stated now a days our area ground water level is very low and not supporting as earlier. We had been running our borewell pumps for 10-15 hours a day one month back. But now if the borewell pumps are run for 20 minutes the water is getting drained and for next one hour we have to give rest to borewell pumps for getting some more water. People might have noticed the temperature level and the rain frequency now a days.
Yesterday we had installed a new borewell pump which only runs for 15 minutes and water getting drained and the pump is stopped due to empty running for next one hour. So earlier every day we were running the pumps for more than 15 hours, now we are running for only a few hours. So we are in a position

Q:Recently my grandfather house is in talk for partitioning (3800sqft. my fathers share 800sqft) in ambattur, chennai . since both grandfather and grandmother are dead my uncle (my fathers elder brother) decided to split it between his brothers and sister. my grandfather had 3 sons and 1 daughter. my father is 2nd son. my father passed away 2 years back and all the other 3 are alive. now my uncle has proposed a weird way of partition which benefits him, his youngest brother leaving us with unusable land covered by houses 2 sides (free land in 2 side where uncle and aunt will build house once partition is over which leave us with land covered with house all 4 sides) and no immediate access to road and have only 5 feet passage to reach road from land.he is trying to capitalize my less knowledge on real estate as well as absence of my father and forcing me to take that land and giving me no other choice. I dont want to quarrel with him because he have helped me in many ways . i choose to accept the land allotted to me but i have no idea on how to use it properly. I am 20 year old and pursuing BE have no money to build house or anything. i need some idea from intellectual people of commonfloor on how can i use the land so that i don't feel like i was cheated because of my inability to fight back. I thought of making it a small warehouse (godown) or contacting telecommunication companies to install mobile phone tower. But i am not sure i am thinking the right way. Please help me by providing some idea on ways to utilize the land and make some money... i ignored the idea of building a house in the near future because as i said earlier i have no money and have debt in form of education loan. i don't want to increase my burden by getting home loan too. also i will depend on the income from the land for part of my monthly expenses. Please provide me an idea which you would follow if you are in a situation like this and provided a land with houses on all 4 sides.
Q:After reading other reviews I felt like I need to tell my story too. It would appear that just individuals who have a few issues with the builders started writing reviews, so I chose to step up. My experience with the builder and their construction was really good. The paper work was a breeze and the falt was given over on time. I had few progressions to be done before the flat was done and the builder was absolutely supportive. I could directly communicate with the developer and he was warm in getting customers. I had few issues with the workers but I got them resolved talking to the management. The bulder himself stays in the project he built, what more i can see. They have to work on their finishing touches. I did inform them about it and they took mind most of the stuff. After looking at so many constructions and having an experience buying one before I bought one with vgn, I totally recommend them.If given an option to redo my purchase I would buy the same flat with same builder.

Latest Answer: Hi, I think premium FSI is not allowed in the red hill catchment areas which is restricted for development and those water bodies that are maintained by Chennai Metropolitan Water supply and Sewerage Board which are restricted for drinking water purposes. Additionally, the person availing premium FSI will also be able to get increased land extent for construction of building.So take legal suggestion before proceeding for FSI.
