Q:This builder is not trustworthy and many investors got their flat almost two/three years delayed. There is no 3C's from the management side (i.e. Commitment, Communication and Customer Care service). Very adamant management attitude who will not recognize or give proper reply to the buyers. I booked my flat in Feb 2014 and even though they promised to deliver by end of this year and as per their one sided agreement, the flat should have been delivered to me by june 2016 but till date absolutely there is "ZERO" progress. Even though they constructed the Phase I, even after five years they have not completed the Piped Gas Connection, swimming pool and Club House facilities which they promised to their customers long back. Even the construction is very poor and there is absolutely there is no one from Management side to address any sort of difficulties being faced by the customers.
Latest Answer: We just had a site visit 3 months back, tower 19 progress is very bad. Hardly any workers to work on the site. The builder is not serious about completing the tower anytime soon. Avoid this builder at all costs.

Your interest on investing in Real estate is good. A small suggestion from end. If you are looking to buy an apartment at prices from 25 lakhs and above you need to rethink, unless ofcourse you want to live there, If it is purely from the investment angle, you should prefer looking for plots where your outflow will be lesser without a bank loan and the scope of appreciation on investing in land is far more greater than from an apartment or flat. And again if you are thinking on the returns thro rental income from flat or apartment, the ratio will be very marginal down 10 years time. On the other hand the returns from the land shall be much higher for the same period with lesser investment from your end.
