Q: When was this project launched and what is the launching price? Please discuss.

Latest Answer: It was launched sometime in 2012. Its priced around INR 4500 per sqft. I enquired a few days back and the project did seem to be impressive. The project is expected to be completed by December this year.

Corporation Officials said that the core city will continue to experience flooding, not just because of the flat terrain, but a slew of other issues.

Latest Answer: Hi Sudhkar, thanks for your reply. Sorry I didn't put my question clearly. Actually they have given price for flat. Only for furnishing they didn't give(a/c, modular kitchen and wardrobes )
