It is like a hell, once u start staying here you will get to know that the maintenance here is like that of sarkari colony. And I have seen the situation is same in all of their projects. So please think twice before regretting your decision.

Q:3BHK, Area increased from 1473 to 1576SqFt. EDC increased from 150 to 240 SqFoot, Additional ECC/ESS cost 50 Sq Ft.Pls Advice, What is the current market rate ?
Latest Answer: I have also a flat in Tulip Grand and now they are asking extra EDC as well as increasing floor area due to Supper Area. As far as i know that Haryana Govt had drastically reduced EDC charges 2009
