What is the status of Ushay Tower (Pardesi group) in kundli sonipat.
Q: What is the possession status of the kundli USHAY towers and is it worth to buy a property in this project. and what is the current price for 2 BHK.

Latest Answer: Hello Kapil, I was looking to invest in this project and had visited the site earlier this month , they have a fully functional site office and the construction work is almost complete infact the finishing work is ongoing . the builders are hopeful of handing over possession by December this year.

Latest Answer: I'm living in Tulip Apartment for past 1year. The construction quality is pathetic, and the maintenance is even worse. It is like a hell, once u start staying here you will get to know that the maintenance here is like that of sarkari colony. And I have seen the situation is same in all of their projects. So please think twice before regretting your decision.

Latest Answer: Hi... the project i feel is very good as investment also... there is a good scope of rentals. The Rajiv Gandhi Education City is close by and once that is operational a lot a students will be looking for PGs and house on rent... so investing now is a good idea....

Q: Sir i have given my hard earned money around five lakhs and booked floor in the europa residency now they are saying that they are not starting this project. what will happen to me now when price are almost double of this property.

Latest Answer: Hello, I have won RERA award but Ansals is not paying. Does anyone know how many total flats are there. If 10% of allottees come together, we can go to NCLT. I already know 6 allottees.

Latest Answer: Today I visited Ansal Office. and they mentioned that this project is not approved by HUDA yet... They are refunding the money with bank interest.

Area & EDC increased in Tulip Grand
Q: 3BHK, Area increased from 1473 to 1576SqFt. EDC increased from 150 to 240 SqFoot, Additional ECC/ESS cost 50 Sq Ft.Pls Advice, What is the current market rate ?

Latest Answer: I have also a flat in Tulip Grand and now they are asking extra EDC as well as increasing floor area due to Supper Area. As far as i know that Haryana Govt had drastically reduced EDC charges 2009 any one can tell me what are the rules and what should be paid
