Q:When i booked a flat in Ideal Enclave II in Jan 2012, the possession date was mentioned as 30th September 2013 with a grace period of 6 months. Now they have changed the possession date in the agreement, uploaded on their website, as 30th September 2014 with a grace period of 1 year; however; they had not intimated us and its only by accident that i came across it on the net. Can this be legal on their part, can they change the date of possession withour prior intimation. if yes, then what is the point of signing a contract?
Latest Answer: Hello.. if you have legal documents of your flat..and please what is the possession date written on that. If they have changed the date and in legal documents it is written something else then you can even file legally against the builder. They cannot do anything without informing the owner.
Latest Answer: The plans are yet not approved and the only response from Shrachi is that they are working to the Govt approvals for the plans etc. There is no clarity regarding the timelines or the hurdles.
