surrender my flat
Q: dear Sir, i book a flat in neemrana by Avalon builders but the project is very delay and i have paid 40% payment., Now i want to surrender this flat, Can i surrender this? what is the rule regarding this. One more thing i have not signed the agrement yet?

Q: Hi i want to buy a plot in sky aagan near Neemrana and i have seen a website skrrealtech who are selling the property in same place where i want so can i buy form there?

Latest Answer: Hi, Check whether the plots is NA or Non-NA. You have to face a lot of issue if it will be a agricultural land. You have to take the permission of DC if a it come under Gram Panchayat. You have to pay conversion charges to convert the property from agriculture to non-agriculture.

How is progress of Klazina Gateway Towers by Klazina Consultants?

Latest Answer: I am also a victim of the fraud done by Klazina Consultants. I have invested in a plot of size 160 sqyd. After a long chase I was informed that the office has been sealed and the directors along with Mr Alowk Rastogi were arrested. After following up the whole story I started gathering people who have invested in the same project and now we are a group of 12 investors who have hired an experienced advocate to deal with the matter. We are in process of putting a FIR in Sadar Police Station, Gurgaon. We will also go in the Consumer Court, Gurgaon and Civil court, Gurgaon. I have heard few hearings in the same courts. Latest Answer: I booked two apartments in Klazina Gateway Towers two months back. Today is got the Demand Letter for Completion of Ground Floor Roof Slab. It is pretty fast. Did anyone else also got the demand letter?

Reality of gracious group
Q: Please dont buy any property through gracious group. They are cheaters. All things they say regarding their plots is a fraud. They will just take your money and run away.
I have lost my hard earned money because of gracious group. I don't want anyone else to do the same. I know it is very difficult to earn money and this group will tell you lucrative offers for taking you money and I am telling you they are fake.
