Q: Want to buy plot in Yapral. Can anyone suggest as to why the plot rates in this zone of Hyderabad city so low(12000/-sq yard). Is it a good choice to purchase plot for residential purpose?

Latest Answer: Thanks Abdul for the info. Is there any future development scope as today read about CM KCR plan for building secretariat in the nearby location.

Latest Answer: Hi, Yapral is one of the promising area in terms of residential plots and current market prices is around 2800 to 3100 per sq/ft. Now in terms of localities it is some how mix of real estate. currently the rapid development is going on this localities. Mix of real estate means to say that localities is getting advantages of commercial as well as residential demand. but if talk about rental appreciation then it will take some times for good return.

Do you know it is still in embryo stage ? Can any one update the present situation ?
Q: It is heard that this project was started in 2008 but still now there is no development in the site such as club house, parks and swimming pool etc. There is hardly 4-5 villas completed . Is it will be trap for opting to purchase the same ?
