Q:I have paid the stamp duty for registering a flat in mapusa..But due to some finical crisis i was not able to go ahead with the purchase.The stamp duty is paid but i have not done a agreement.(The agreement is not signed by me)Kindly let me know the procedure for refund of the paid stamp duty.
