Advantage:- Quickest access to terrace. This is really a major benefit for top floor residents.
No mingling of wi-fi channels for 2.4 Ghz band router.
Clear phone network reception.
Disadvantages:- Maximum evacuation time needed as compared to others in case of emergencies like fire, earthquake etc.
Higher electricity bill due to excess usage of AC in summers.
