this builder is big cheat
Q: Dear All please be aware of fraud builder Shiv Parvati builders also called as Natu Paranjape developers. We got possession in late Aug 2013 delayed by 3 years. Builder took 2.5 laks as infra charges for covered parking but last week some of us were handed over parking that does not have roof at all. While showcasing project we were promised garden swiming pool gym and what not. These things are not there after 6 years of project starting. Be careful with your purchase and agreement with this builder. Construction quality is cheap and non branded tiles are used for project.

Latest Answer: have booked here in 2014 and papers and loans are cleared. Possesion promised is dec 17 but in agreement developer adds a clause that possesion is 36 months after full payment. My oversight that I saw later, but basically developer gives agreement for 2019 possesion if you calculate 36 months from 2016.
