Improvement in water facilities in Thrikkakara
Q: I have been staying in Thrikkakara for a while now. I have noticed that the problem of water scarcity is becoming worse with each passing day. Is the government gonna take some action anytime soon ?

Latest Answer: Hi there, it was really sad to see that nothing was being done about the water issues here. But now there is nothing to worry as a solution has finally been found for this issue. The State Government has initiated a Rs 805 Cr drinking water project that would provide 109 million litres of water per day.

Latest Answer: Hey this project will seriously bring a lot of relief to the residents of the area as they don't have to be around huge amounts of plastic waste. Also poor animals like cows aren't going to choke on plastic and die a horrible death because that has also been known to happen in the past. The Urban Affairs Minister is proud of this project and he's even thinking about setting up a scientific abbatoir in the area. He's hoping he gets the funds for this futuristic advanced project and hopes that more people take this initative and support projects like this.
