HUGE DELAY in SAIBYA STERLING
Q: Project is delayed by ONE year at least. They promised earlier for Apr 2017
No reasons provided by BUILDER.
HE is not giving RENT also.

Project delayed by ONE year.
Poor Quality Railings used in Common Area.
Poor Quality Grills for Window.
Ordinary Doors - Not upto Expectation.
All Bathroom fittings are very BASIC model
Tiles are not from known brands and Tiling work is very BAD.
Finishing work very BAD

About Builder

New Builder. Sold Apartment telling it is a premium project but its a very POOR ONE.

BEWARE OF SAIBYA STRUCTURES
Q: NEW builder in HSR promising luxury property however work is POOR. They are failing to complete project on TIME.

Poor Quality Railings used in Common Area.

Gruha Kalyan is fully fraud company
Q: Gruha kalyan is totally a fraud company, never ever invest your hard earning money with them, nothing you will get. I had booked a flat in their socalled project Rose-2 marathahalli, later cancelled as well. It’s almost 10 months, I am running behind them and struggling to get back my booking amount of 1 lakh rupees, their cheque has been bounced as well. Plz be careful.

I want to know if it is good to invest in Dreamz Shloka HSR project. Is it approved ?

Latest Answer: I am planning for investment. Please let me know when this project (Shloka 1) will be completed. How is the reputation of the builer. They are providing flats quite cheap.

Vandana Infra builders: Unprofessional and poor quality
Q: I have bought a flat @ Vandana Earls court because I liked the spacious design and privacy of the flats but after moving in I understood the quality of material is very poor and quality of finishing is sub standard. And most horrific is they have constructed this project beside a Granite factory which runs 24X7 producing enormous amount of noise. They have not taken any initiative to the complaints of residents. They have not even corrected electrical problems. Amenities also not completed properly. They have not provided proper lighting for the corridors.

Latest Answer: There is no dispute as such but the builder is very unprofessional and unresponsive after sale is made. The said ffactory is behind C block. After many complaints to police and KPCB the factory has reduced the noise by 50% but still it runs 24X7 and they are some relative of the land owner.

Legal Issues with Mannar
Q: Hi, Is there an update on the issues with Mannar Elegance. Are the legal issue sorted or they are still there? Please help me on this one, I have checked a flat in Mannar, but can;t make my mind reading these comments

Latest Answer: As far as i know everything has been sort out and all the legal documents are in place. But to be on the safer side i would suggest you to check all the documents with legal expert.

Latest Answer: Please do not buy from SV properties.They cheated in their last projects. They will give keys early but without completing anything to leave owners struggle them selves.he has cheated in car parking.he has given 7ft width and sold extra car parkings.
