The UT administration revised collector rates in the city after three years. The new rates will be applicable from January 2.

Q:This is just to inform you that I got the contact number of one agent named "Surinder Singh" who is working as broker in the zirakpur and derabassi area. He showed me many flats. one i selected but he didnt tell me about the dispute of this porperty. Every other broker was saying dont take this but he was assuring me that the property is clean. So i gave the token amount of 10,000 rupees and he said it is refundable if deal cancelled. Now the bank is not approving the loan of the property as it is already mortagage and seller was trying to sell the first floor where ground floor was already mortgage by the bank. I decided to cancel the deal but now 1 month has gone but broker is still saying i will get money from the seller then i will give you. It is the responsibility of the broker to show the good flats and to get the money back. He should give him the refund and after that he will spent his free time to get the money back from seller to himself. but why we should spent our important time and money for these types of broker. Q:Hi,I'm planning to buy plot in Mullanpur. I have talked to couple of builders in the area and as the possession of plots will only be after ~2 years.The builder says that allocation of plot will be done after 3-4 months of initial payment, which doesn't sound like right. I'm not sure if this is the usual practice in such developing areas.Can someone please advise, if it's fine?agreements/procedures should ideally happen so as to ensure that it's a fair deal?

In some gated area it will be take 3 to 4 month of time to coverup all the amenities which builder is providing with the project. to the complete the agreement process it will take 1 month of initial times. so before take properties in consideration you must ask builder with proper information.
