Q:In May 2011, I bought a 3-BHK flat in Sector 120 Noida. The rate has changed from 2700 to 4700 psf. Property size 1670 sqft. The handover is scheduled in next month. I am paying an EMI of Rs. 18000 pm. The registration is yet to happen which will require another 3-4 lakhs. Kindly advice if I should keep this property and get the registration done to give it on rent (approx 17k) as i live in a different city. Or should i sell it before registration and invest somewhere else.
