NO tenant want to live in parsvnath due to corruptton here .they disconnect yr electricity when they like so many houses are lying vaccant...seepage is big problem..tenants has to pay commission to office staff for hiring homes.they say that they have to oblige their seniors.ATS IS best where every one is honest and well mannered
Latest Answer: Parsvnath Prestige is one of the best society on Noida-greater Noida express way. Construction of blocks A to D is very good. Construction of H block is very poor. So residents living in A,B,C,D, blocks have minimum problems. Here residents are very social and feel pleasure in meeting each other.

We are staying in a rented apartment at Parsvnath for the last three months, and believe me i have never seen a more poorly organized or more ireesponsible administration department ever. While most admin departments are characterised by poor response, rudeness, slow work and general lethargy - this one here takes the cake in bad handling of residents queries, very very rude staff, complete lack of cohesiveness among staff members and general customer service orientation.
The Maintainance is poor at best, with leakages springing everywhere, dirty landings outside the lifts, fire safety equipment that has not been upgraded or maintained since the time of construction of this building.
Anyone thinking about renting an apartment here, or purchase of property - would strongly suggest you steer clear of the place unless u r ok to deal with a governmental office that thinks, but never gets around to doing.
