Q: How would it be investing in Brigade meadows

Latest Answer: 30 to 35% appreciation cannot be expected. Here is my justification. My friend booked value home on March 2013 for the price of 3400 per square foot. Noe Brigade is quoting 3800 per square foot. Just 10.5% appreciation in 18 months
