What are the club charges if I happen to put my house for rent to say 4 bachelors.
Q: I have heard there are exorbiant charges if you happen to give your flat to rent to bachelors. Like there is one time charges of 20k and 4k per month for 4 bachelors. Is it correct. This will cause the owner to loose significantly on rent.

Latest Answer: Clubhouse is for the members and their respective families hence the tenant is liable to pay for usage if not a nominal member.

Planning to buy a flat in Meadows
Q: Hi i am planning to book a 3 BHK flat in Meadows, is it worth paying at Rs. 3,020/- per sft

Latest Answer: I have two flats of Brigade. They have a horrible quality. Both of my flats the tiles have come out and I had to invest lakhs of money for repair. You can come to my apartment at any time Brigade Gardenia J P Nagar 7th phase to see the quality as several walls are having cracks the whole building looks like it may fall any time . then then decide. Infact I am selling my 1 bhk in brigade gardenia at throw away price for the same reason.
