Q:It,s almost 2 years that eden exotica has been completed.Unfortunately the CC of all the blocks has not been cleared till date.We the purchasers fail to understand the underlying problem this delay.We fear that the mutation process will be delayed due to this.The completion of the campus including parking space and entrance gates have also been left incomplete for a long time.A reputed builder like Eden group should clarify the issue to its customers.
