Q:Hi guys, I have a plan, let me know this approach would work out. Off course everyone dreams of a lavish house but with my income it seems highly insecure. So I have planned to buy 2 flats on 2 different floors one above other. Now my question is, can i alter it and make it a duplex later. In which it would involve a staircase between flats ? any updates if its a feasible option ?
Latest Answer: Hey Suresh, You can alter your flats but for that you have to take permission from the builder and I do not think you can involve any kinda staircase between flats and you have to take care that your neighbours that they are not facing any kind of problem. Even I think you have to take permission from your association.
