As per my knowledge, HM world city is one of the popular residential development in J.P nagar , Bangalore. This project has 2BHK & 3 BHK apartment, area ranging from 1300sq-ft to 2050 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 3800/sq-ft to 4300/sq-ft.
