Maintenance charges need to be paid only after a year
Q: The builder will charge the maintenance fee only after the first year. So keep this in mind while taking apartments on rent in DSR Green vista. Owners will hide this fact and Brokers will keep this as a secret.

Latest Answer: I am owner of dsr green vista ....we have already paid the one yesr maintanance charge of rs 2400 in advance while we buy the flat.so dont post like this ,if you are not sure
