Q: Any Review about MJR pearl...Any feedback about MJR Builders...are they linked to SJR group? Their founder chairman is same as SJR group. Hw is the property MJR Platina?

I am thinking of booking a flat in mjr pearl...If anyone has booked flats in MJR Pearl or MJR Platina please give review and feedback about thier construction quality, timeliness etc...

Latest Answer: i booked a flat at mjr pearl but it seems it is land owners flat plz let me know if there is any issue in taking loan for land owners flat and any othe issue related to it.

Cost of flat in MJR pearl
Q: Hi Friends, I am planning to book flat in MJR Pearl. At present they are quoting 3390 per sq feet. Kindly suggest me reasonable cost at which I should go for booking. If somebody is planning to book please let me know. We can go together and negotiate properly. With Regards, Raj Kumar Singh
