Latest Answer: I own a plot in the layout & as per info (from few residents of the layout) the Cauvery pipelines have been laid and RWA is working actively to get the water into the layout. So pipe connections are in place the pending piece is getting the official nod from BWSSB to start the water supply into the pipes.
