Issues regarding Security & Shivayoji
Q: Hi All,
This is regarding some issues with the security personnal and the propcare manager.
Today afternoon i came to drop my mother to the gate, who is having a severe knee pain and the auto was waiting right in front the back gate. It took me just 1 minute for me to see her get into the auto and get back inside. within this 1 minute the security personnal closed and when i tried to open it, he started shouting at me saying that it's a rule that the main gate will be opened and i need to use the side gate.
Now, i've had a major surgery on the left hand side of my head and do not want to use the side gate.
I took up this issue but to my surpise Shivayoji the propcare manager started talking illogical when i remimded him of the theft that has taken place in the car parking area.
Basically the propcare manager isn't doing his job and he is talking about the rules.
I just want to highlight this, whether or not any of you have come across a similar situation.

Latest Answer: Sheshank, I agree that Shivayogi is truly illogical and lacks basic understanding of how to handle a situation.
