Complain about security guard.
Q: Today evening,it rained very heavily.Our six person took one taxi. Just wanna to access in and drop us. But the guard denys our requirement. So we were soaked. And the guard is very bad-tempered. Hope that somebody can help and give convenience in case it rains heavily. Hope that the management can be humanization.

Q: It's heavy rain today.I take taxi back home without umbrella.They reject cab go downstair.So I wet to the skin,fill bad awfully.when they stay in gloriette,no rain.Could you ask them go with the cab,avoid we getting wet and keeping security at same time.Best Regards
