Latest Answer: Hi Bibhu, Very pathetic condition of electricity in DLF Ankur Vihar, Loni, Ghaziabad, There is no electricity in day time only 6-8 hours in night. So, avoid this locality and look for some other options nearby. Sewer water blockage another major area of concern.

Am planning to buy home in Ankur Vihar. But I do have few concerns.
Q: Am Planning to buy home in Ankur Vihar. But have few concerns like:
-Electricity supply for how many hrs ?
-Is it safe to travel at night from their ?
-India Bulls is giving me loan over their ? if this bank is reliable ?
-Hope theft instances do not happen their ?
-School facility for my Kid ?
- Appreciation Value for Ankur Vihar in coming years ?
Anyone living their or have any idea for Ankur Vihar is welcome to post his ideas.

Latest Answer: Very Bad place to live or invest. No appreciation, only dealer's are increasing their rates. Society is getting worse with more low income group residents and thieves and gunda raj.

When Basic Amenities will be provided?
Q: When Basic Amenities will be provided by the government e.g. sewer, road, electricity, water ?

Latest Answer: Dinesh, are you asking about amenities for Ankur Vihar project? I think it is better to check with builder about the status of all these facilities. The project has to get approvals first and then builder should apply for those things.. only then we can hope to get sooner..
