Latest Answer: I have booked a unit in prime Boulevard project in April 2014. The project was to launch in May 2104. Till date there is no news on the start of construction, neither has the builder contacted its customers for delay. Anyone knows what's the status , or should we claim the refund. is the project got shelved due to red tapism , if yes whether it is likely to come out of it and by when?
