Latest Answer: HI,I bought a 2 bhk flat in JRK gardens..All are good.SBI approved.However project completion is too late initially dey told dey will hand over by may.. Its almost oct and till now no much progress.So kindly check before buying. slow progress in construction. dey took 2 months to provide electricity. also the picture shown in brochure and actual is not correct. we have already bought so no option.. so double check with the builder and buy...
