Q:Hi friends,Any buddy visited SJR's new project Hamilton Homes and Parkview Homes near Hosa road? I visited yesterday, as per the plan it looks to be good projects but I felt rates are little higher side considering projects are little interior and there is nothing else right now. Though they have some plans but I am not sure when will they do it.If any has booked any apartment there let me know the rate they have offered you. We are planning to book couple of apartments. Just because there is nothing else nearby and we are not sure how long it will take to develop that area, we are holding our decision.
