Q:What about the rules and regulations? What about the activities that are to be held or have been held in Parkland earlier?I do have all these questions personally, because :A) There wasn't any notice on the board at every block, or any kind of letter/instruction sent out to the residents about joining this community.B) The secretary, who not only being rude and not well versed with "social speaking" & human interaction, asks me at 9:30 pm to join this community(like it was a statutory law of the place) the very same day- like I could find something useful here.If you think this community/blog would make some difference, lets use it that way and not just a random statute one has to follow.Please do not ask us to participate in such irrelevant activity and waste the Residents’ time.I only hope for the best in this community and wish everyone would do the same.

Q:The parking is pain because of leakage in building A for 501. I follow-up up with engineer & super wiser multiple time each time i got reply it will addressed in this week or next week for same issue i am following up for almost more than 1 & half year now
I would really feel this issue need to be taken at next not with super wiser only
This is drainage water and leaving a permanent mark on vehicle. Currently situation water getting leak continuously
